NATASHASILVERMAN
Hi! I'm Natasha
I offer a warm, caring and non-judgemental space in which you can talk openly and confidentially about whatever problems you are facing. Previously, I ran busy and thriving practices for the NHS, as well as Relate, for whom I was also a National Media Spokesperson.
I appear regularly in the media offering insight into sex, relationships and mental health, and am a highly in-demand speaker and trainer in subjects relating to communication, conflict and intimacy.
If you want to be able to create healthy, satisfying relationships, work towards a more secure attachment style, or to break the pattern of toxic partners, then relationship therapy can help you look inward and create new relational patterns of interacting for a more positive relational future.
I have a particular interest in working with young women to empower them to know, understand, and unapologetically be their true selves, improving self esteem and confidence in life, dating and relationships.
Psychosexual therapy combines talking with behavioural exercises as homework to do individually or with your partner in the privacy of your own home. In pychosexual therapy we can address a wide range of issues, including:
Big changes in life often have an impact on our relationships. Perhaps you’re hoping to prepare for a big transition – either individually or as a couple – or maybe your relationship is struggling right now.
With big steps counselling, I can help you prepare for major life changes, such as moving in with your partner, getting married or becoming a parent.
Relationship breakdown can feel absolutely devastating. In addition to the pain and grief or a separation or break-up, it is not uncommon to feel the loss of the life you had, and the future you pictured together.
Recover from the grief of break ups and separation, and end the cycle of toxic relationships and partners. Empower yourself and your self-esteem for life and love.
Many people also experience a shattering of self-esteem and confidence coming out of a relationship. Relationship counselling can help you to heal.
Your co-parenting relationship is directly linked to your children’s emotional and physical wellbeing. Improving the way you communicate and disagree will set your children up to flourish.
Low libido? Never in the mood when your partner is? Sex should feel like connection, fun, and pleasure – but for many couples with mismatched desire, it becomes a source of tension, pressure, or guilt.
Take this 11-question quiz to discover how much pressure is showing up in your sex life.
I partner with brands, organisations, and wellness events that align with my values. I am to bring expert insight, engaging delivery, and genuine connection to audiences. Whether you’re looking for a keynote speaker, panel guest, podcast contributor, or bespoke corporate workshop, Natasha creates impactful experiences that inspire conversation and change.
